Loved the Gatorade during the run and especially loved having the water sprayed on us at the water station it was a hot run!  OneSpeedGo Team today was Nick, Abbie, Kiehp, Lia, Terrance & Alex!! This included 4 Tri Newbies and Nick & Abbie with a new PR!! We all had a blast and looking forward to next year with even more people.

Great weather, awesome music, and a whole lot of fun!  OneSpeedGo Team Today - Adam, Nick, Abbie, Kihep & Lia!  We felt the city of Portland, the Amazing People, and The Rocking Bands cheering us on through the streets sure made for a great race.

Team members today: Nick, Abbie, Kihep, Lia & Terrance!!!  This was a First Half Marathon for everyone but Abbie! It was a great race, amazing scenery running through Bend. Thanks to Picky Bars and 10 Barrel Brewing for putting on a fun race. We had a great time!!

]]><![CDATA[Warrior Dash Oregon - 2014]]>Mon, 08 Sep 2014 04:52:43 GMThttp://www.onespeedgo.com/events/warrior-dash-oregon-2014 We killed it at the Warrior Dash today. Mud-crawling, fire-leaping, hill climbing & cold beer!  Warrior Dash Oregon was held at Horning's Hideout. Perfect spot for a really challenging course! The hills were steep and the mud was thick.  Live music and a cold beer at the end capped off a perfect race day!  We ran the Sunday 11:00 am wave.
